Cairo, Jumada I 14, 1438, Feb 11, 2017, SPA -- The 2nd annual meeting of the Arab parliament and the speakers of the Arab parliaments and councils is kicked off here today with participation of Speaker of the Arab Parliament Dr. Mishaal Al-Solami and heads of the Arab councils and parliaments. Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura, led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the meeting. The meeting aims to discuss the latest developments in the region and blatant aggression against the Palestinian people and the role of the Arab parliaments and councils in supporting the steadfastness of the Palestinian people to restore their usurped rights and establish their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.
