Washington, Jumada II 09, 1437, March 18, 2016, SPA -- U.S. President Barack Obama has invited the leaders of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland to the White House to discuss a range of issues, including terrorism and the migration crisis, the White House announced Friday, according to dpa. The summit with the Nordic leaders, set for May 13, will also address environmental and global health matters, as well as coordination on Artic issues, the White House said in a statement. "This summit will deepen US-Nordic cooperation while highlighting America's continued commitment to European security, trans-Atlantic trade, and the promotion of common democratic values," the statement said.
