Kabul, Jumada I 18, 1437, Feb 27, 2016, SPA -- A suicide attack in Asadabad, the capital of Afghanistan's Kunar province, killed 11 civilians and wounded 40 others Saturday, dpa quoted police as saying. A suicide attacker on a motorcycle targeted a Kunar tribal elder, the police chief of Kunar province, General Abdul Habib Sayedkheli, told dpa. The elder, Haji Khan Jan, died in the blast, he said.
