Kabul, Rajab 6, 1436, Apr 25, 2015, SPA -- An Afghan provincial official says that at least five members of a family have been killed after an insurgent mortar struck their house in the country's east. Sarhadi Zwak, a spokesman for the provincial governor in Laghman province, said Saturday that the attack happened late Friday night and four of the dead are women.
