Riyadh, Jumada II 14, 1437, March 23, 2016, SPA -- The Shura Council today demanded that King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) assigns a local neutral authority to conduct a study to assess the feasibility of scientific research and studies financed or issued by the city over the last five years. This came in a decision issued by the Shura Council at its 27th ordinary session held here today under the chairmanship of its Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Shiekh. In a statement following the meeting, Dr. Yahya bin Abdullah Al-Samaan, assistant speaker of Majlis Al-Shura, said that the decision was based on a recommendation of Dr. Dalal Al-Harbi, Shura member.
