Miami, Safar 7, 1437, Nov 19, 2015, SPA -- Tropical Storm Rick formed Thursday in the eastern Pacific Ocean off the west coast of Mexico, U.S. forecasters said. The storm’s maximum sustained winds were near 65 kilometers per hour (kph) with some strengthening expected during the next one or two days, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said. Rick was centered 500 kilometers south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico and was moving north near 11 kph, the NHC said.
