Miami, Shawwal 14, 1439, June 28, 2018, SPA -- A new tropical storm formed in the Pacific Ocean far off the coast of Mexico, U.S. forecasters said Thursday. The National Hurricane Center (NHC) said Tropical Storm Emily is expected to stay well out to sea as it moves to the west-northwest.
