Manila, Safar 07, 1437, November 19, 2015, SPA -- Asia-Pacific leaders are expected to call Thursday for "urgent" efforts to fight terrorism, as they meet for an economic summit overshadowed by the deadly attacks in Paris, dpa reported. The leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum meeting in Manila condemned the attacks in Paris, Beirut and against a Russian aircraft, all claimed by the ISIS group. "We stress the urgent need for increased international cooperation and solidarity in the fight against terrorism," the leaders said, according to a draft of a statement to be released at the end of their meeting. --SPA 12:11 LOCAL TIME 09:11 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
