Jeddah, Muharram 4, 1437, Oct 17, 2015, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad bin Ameen Madani has condemned the detonation of multiple explosive devices on Thursday by people believed to be extremist insurgents, leading to the death of all the occupants of a Mosque, numbering of about 40 people, in Mulai area near Maiduguri, Borno State Nigeria. Disturbed by the dreadful nature of the attack, the Secretary General appealed to the community in the area to fully cooperate and support the renewed campaign being embarked by the Nigerian government to defeat terrorism. The Secretary General offered his condolences to the families of the victims, and to the people and government of Nigeria.
