London, Rabi'I 13, 1436, Jan 4, 2015, SPA -- A high tide on Sunday was not enough to free a cargo vessel that ran aground shortly after leaving the south of England port of Southampton. The Hoegh Osaka got stuck on a sand bank in the Solent, off the Isle of Wight, on Saturday. The 25 crew members were taken off and salvage operator Svitzer contracted to free the vessel, dpa reported.
