Jeddah, Dhu-AlHijjah 08, 1435, October 02, 2014, SPA -- Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Red Crescent Authority and the Secretary General of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Elhadj Amadou As Sy have signed here a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation between the two sides.
