Jeddah, Oct 16, 2021, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will share the world the celebrations of the UN International Day for Eradication of Poverty, which falls on tomorrow the 17th of October of each year, highlighting its efforts in achieving development, eradicating poverty and alleviating it, making it as one of the most donor countries in the world, and supporting the activities of international institutions and organizations with programs specializing in the global fight against poverty. The Kingdom attaches the fight against poverty through its moral and humanitarian responsibility towards others, and it continues to provide aid through King Salman Humanitarian Aid And Relief Centre (KSrelief for poor countries, and to support projects related to food security, water, environmental sanitation, nutrition, health, shelter, educational services, support and coordination of humanitarian operations and other logistical services. The Kingdom also attaches great importance to development issues and support development efforts in developing countries with the aim of eliminating poverty, and helping peoples facing special and emergency situations and in cases of natural disasters.
