Cairo, Dec. 06, 2021, SPA -- Justice Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Walid Al-Samani, who is also Honorary President of the Council of Arab Justice Ministers, highlighted the importance of benefiting from studies concluded on the impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on legal and judicial procedures. Addressing the 37th Session of the Council of Arab Justice Ministers, held at the Arab League headquarters today, he said: “Our meeting comes this year in the aftermath of the exceptional circumstances and procedures the entire world have faced recently due to the outbreak and spread of coronavirus”. He cited the importance of benefiting from studies being concluded on the ramifications of the pandemic on legal and judicial procedures, exerting efforts to exchange cooperation and expertise on procedures implemented to alleviate the repercussions of the pandemic and benefiting from this experience in developing justice procedures. He also voiced appreciation of the Tunisian Ministry of Justice for its efforts and achievements during the previous session.
