Riyadh, May 30, 2020, SPA -- Yemen's Information Minister Muammar Al-Iryani expressed his deep appreciation of and thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense for their directives to virtually organize Donors' Conference for Yemen 2020 on next Tuesday, in partnership with the United Nations. In remarks to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Al-Iryani said that the organization of conference is a translation of the stances of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of Yemen, noting that the conference will primarily discuss the scale of the humanitarian crisis in Yemen and the financing of humanitarian and relief operations in light of the risks and challenges, most notably facing the outbreak of the Coronavirus. The Yemeni Minister of Information also stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been and is still a leading country in providing Yemen in its ordeal with unlimited generous support. On the other hand, Al-Aryani strongly condemned Iran for its sabotage role in Yemen, stressing that the Iranian regime has always been providing his country with nothing but killing, destruction, smuggled weapons, ballistic missiles, landmine experts and explosive devices that kill the Yemeni people every day. --SPA 14:17 LOCAL TIME 11:17 GMT 0012 www.spa.gov.sa/w1339782
