Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud reviewed in his speech at the Shura Council held on Wednesday many unprecedented developmental achievements along with high service quality being provided for citizens. The paper noted that the speech highlighted increasing of women's participation in the public and private sectors as well as economic stability and non-oil revenues growing.
