Cairo, Rajab 2, 1437, Apr 9, 2016, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud visited Al-Azhar Mosque today. Upon arrival, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was received by Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb and a number of officials. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques performed the mosque greeting prayer, toured the mosque and was briefed on the restoration projects of Al-Azhar Mosque. Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques laid the foundation stone of the Beouth Islamic City, which includes residential complexes as well as service and educational facilities for Al-Azhar students.
