Cairo, Rabi'I 10, 1438, Dec 9, 2016, SPA -- Four policemen were killed in a blast on a main street in Cairo on Friday, an Egyptian security source said. According to dpa, a crude explosive device went off near a checkpoint in Haram street, close to the Egyptian capital's famous Pyramids. Two police conscripts were seriously injured in the explosion and three civilians were wounded, the source added, without giving further details. Police and explosives experts are currently combing the area for other possible explosives.
