Riyadh11 Rabi'I,1437 AH, 22 December,2015 , SPA -- Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Red Crescent Authority praised the efforts undertaken by the International Committee of Red Cross and Red Crescent, and the Committee's works by providing more support for humanitarian workS in the region. The President of the Authority called on the Committee for further work and continuous pressure which serves the humanitarian issues in the region in general, especially with regard to the exchange of prisoners between the countries in the region and spending the rest of their sentences in their countries so that their relatives visit them until the end of their periods of imprisonment. He added, "There are dozens of Saudi detainees outside the Kingdom that the Authority with their families could not reach them or deliver the messages of their families to them, or receive their messages for more than six months, which the Commission is seeking to resolve it, stressing the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to end the suffering of Saudi detainees outside the Kingdom through the contacts of their families and bring them back to the Kingdom.
