Riyadh, Rabi'II 27, 1437, February 06, 2016, SPA -- London-based Iranian and Arab Studies Director Dr. Ali Noori Zadah, a guest of the National Festival for Heritage and Culture (Janadriyah 30), denounced attacks on Saudi embassy in Tehran and consulate in Mash-had. Interviewed by SPA while participating in the festival, Zadah said the Iranian literates are ashamed of the deeds the Iranian regime has committed against Saudi diplomatic missions as it was able to prevent the mobs from this sad and heinous act which is contradictory to all diplomatic norms and regulations. He said the current strife between Iran and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia because of Iranian aggression on Saudi interests in the host country needs to be addressed by wise and prudent brokers provided that Iran pledges not to interfere in domestic matters of neighboring countries or support terror and revolutions. He drew the attention that the Iranian people do respect the King, government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and every one there is gearing forward to come to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj or Umrah or visit the prophet's grave in Al-Madinah away from political slogans or making chaos. He cited that dialogue among intellectuals, poets and men of opinion is well done under Janadriya roof, wishing the cultural dialogue to spread to beyond Janadriya boundaries for more rapprochement and tolerance which calls for respect of other opinion and acceptance of the other. --SPA 14:43 LOCAL TIME 11:43 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
