Yemen's president also sent a letter to the whole free world in which he said : "We confirm to all who hear us in the free world, that when we came to the country's leadership and with us all the living forces, we came after a peaceful process leading the majority of our people as well as the Southern Movement and the peaceful revolution of the Young People in the heart of the thrive, we came and realize that we inherit a political system that was subject for more than three decades to a backward process, creating a private system in Yemen, and destroying the futility of the idea of the state and gathered around it the beneficiaries and loyals to family system rather than the nation, and when we went to arrange the country in which the storms were blowing from everywhere, they were training militias, digging tunnels and looting, we planned to build for the future, and they employ all possibilities of the Deep State to attack the project of all Yemenis to a dignified life, justice, equal citizenship and genuine partnership in power and wealth. He went on to say that the people of Yemen were walking in a political path produced by the GCC initiative and executive mechanism and that all parties have agreed to the output of the comprehensive national dialogue conference, and while we are drafting the constitution for revision and referendum and paving the way for complementing the rest of the political deserves to lead the homeland to political and social stability, and while the ink of the draft constitution has not yet dried, armed militias allied with the former regime and backed by external support carried out its coup and destroyed everything and left their homeland in the way of devastation, violence and chaos, destroyed the national economy, violated the political norms and exposed local, regional and international security to risk and pulled the plug dry of peaceful transition of power which we have all agreed in the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism.
