Athens, Dhu-AlQa'dah 3, 1435, Aug 29, 2014, SPA -- Greece's coast guard said Friday that 182 migrants had been rescued off the Greek coast in the Aegean Sea in the past 24 hours. The coast guard said a wooden vessel with 138 migrants ran aground on an islet near the island of Symi. The migrants were transferred to the island's main port, dpa reported.
