Belgrade, Sha'ban 10, 1435, Jun 8, 2014, SPA -- Kosovo is voting Sunday in parliamentary elections that have again brought to the surface ethnic tensions in Serbia's former province, dpa reported. Western countries hope the polls will cement a normalization agreement with Serbia and mark a turning point in the former province's bid to start moving towards membership of the European Union.
