PARIS — Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Bin Fadhil Al Ibrahim participated, along with a number of other ministers and high-ranking officials, in the ministerial meeting of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The OECD meeting was held in the French capital, Paris, on Feb. 14 and 15. The OECD aims to address various global economic challenges, build economic policies, and promote and develop economic sectors in various countries of the world. Al Ibrahim met Tuesday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Hungarian People’s Republic Peter Szijjarto. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the OECD in Paris. During the meeting, a number of issues on cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Hungary were discussed, and the latest issues of mutual concern were reviewed. Al Ibrahim also met here on Tuesday with the Minister of State for Economic Affairs of Switzerland Helene Budliger Artieda. At the meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of OECD in Paris, the two parties discussed ways of enhancing economic relations between the two countries, as well as issues of mutual concern. The minister of economy and planning met in Paris on Tuesday Morocco’s Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Investment, Convergence and the Evaluation of Public Policies Mohcine Jazouli. The meeting, held on the sidelines of the OECD RBC Ministerial Meeting on Responsible Business Conduct in the Global Economy (RBC), discussed investment opportunities between the two countries and topics of common interest. Al Ibrahim also met with Austria"s Federal Minister of Labor and Economy Martin Kocher, on the sidelines of the OECD RBC Ministerial Meeting on Responsible Business Conduct in the Global Economy (RBC). The meeting discussed strengthening economic relations between the two countries and recent developments on topics of common interest. — SPA
