Education Minister Honors the Winning Students of Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal International Prize for Arabic Poetry

Riyadh, March 21, 2021, SPA -- In coincidence with the World Poetry Day, Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, Minister of Education, today honored the students of secondary school and university who won Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal International Prize for Arabic Poetry, which its prizes worth SR500,000 and under supervision of the Academy of Arabic Poetry. In his speech during the honoring ceremony, Al Al-Sheikh extended his gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Arabic Poetry, for his initiative and encouragement of the secondary school and university students in the fields of poetry, literature and language, appreciating his support for poetic talents and motivating them to participate in the contest.
