Jeddah, April 05, 2019, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed its concern about the military escalation in the Libyan capital Tripoli, calling on all parties to exercise maximum restraint and avoid any armed escalation that could lead to chaos, which threatens security and peace and foil the process of comprehensive reconciliation in the country. OIC called to pay efforts from all parties to maintain the security and stability of Libya and make the supreme interest of Libya and the unity of its people and land above all considerations.
