Jeddah, Rajab 29, 1435, May 28, 2014, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad bin Amin Madani called on all Libyan parties to conduct a comprehensive national dialogue to reach a compromising solution to end the crisis in the State of Libya and establish permanent constitutional institutions.
