Riyadh, May 10, 2021, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial titled (Distinguished Relations) that the Saudi-Pakistani relations are a model of Islamic brotherhood, as they promote security and stability in the region and the world and enhance economic growth and prosperity. The two countries have always been keen to strengthen and enhance bilateral relations, take advantage of the opportunities to exchange benefits, enhance trade, attract investments and cooperate at the regional and international levels, in addition to supporting just causes and rejecting all forms of extremism and terrorism, the paper added. The paper further added that His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman meeting's outcomes with the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan in his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia recently confirm the keenness of the two peoples to develop the bilateral relations by signing an agreement to establishment Saudi-Pakistani Supreme Coordinate Council. The paper concluded that the two brotherly countries are keen on enhancing economic and trade relations in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the priorities of development in Pakistan, in addition to benefiting from the initiatives of the two countries to improve the quality of life and achieve more cooperation in order to realize common goals and exchange views on issues of concern at regional and global levels. In another context, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the Ministry of Culture has taken an important step by launching (Experts Program) which is a program that complements the development process of the cultural sector, which continues to provide initiatives, programs and projects to serve the Saudi culture and intellectuals. The program aims to train and qualify 30 Saudis to join the certified experts network of international cultural conventions and programs. It will work on increasing the number of Saudi experts specialized in managing and preparing nomination files for international organizations, and develop their capabilities and knowledge in accordance with the style used by UNESCO, the paper added. The Ministry has announced that this program targets specialists and those interested in preserving the Saudi cultural heritage from various fields and educational backgrounds related to the sectors of culture, and those who have a passion for strengthening the Kingdom's pioneering role in the field of heritage preservation.
