Riyadh, 27 Muharram,1440 AH, 07 October,2018 , SPA - The Governor of Communications and Information Technology Commission, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al Ruwais, headed the Kingdom's delegation participating in 16th annual Arab Regulators Network (AREGNET) meeting held in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, during the period from 23 to 24 Muharram 1440H, in the presence of the Governors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authorities and Information Technology in the Arab States.
