Cairo, November 5, 2019, SPA -- The Arab Electricity Ministerial Council held today its 13th session at the headquarters of the Arab League, with participation of Ministers of Member States and their representatives. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the meeting was headed by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy for Electricity Affairs Dr. Naif bin Mohammed Al-Abbadi.
