New York, Sha'ban 23, 1432, Jul 24, 2011, SPA - The 15-country United Nations Security Council on Saturday condemned "in the strongest terms" the bombing and shooting incidents that killed at least 92 in Norway. In a statement, the council members "expressed their deep sympathy and sincere condolences to the victims of these heinous acts and to their families, and to the people and government of Norway" following Friday's deadly rampage. "Terrorism in all its forms and manifestations constitutes one of the most serious threats to international peace and security," the council said. "Any acts of terrorism are criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, wherever, whenever and by whomsoever committed."
