Aziz reiterated Islamabad desires peace and stability in Afghanistan. "Pakistan is the one country which wants a strong, stable, prosperous and safe Afghanistan - the reason is that we are neighbours; we have shared values and a common heritage; and when your neighbour is destabilized, countries which are next-door pay a huge price. So we want to work with the Afghan government and the people," the prime minister said. He said Pakistan wants to work with the world to help Afghanistan stabilize.
