Prince Naif urged the Muslim intellectuals and scholars to bear their responsibilities in this regard. He also expressed optimism that the Arab Information Ministers would bear their responsibilities in educating the Arab Nation and providing facts as they are. "Moreover, they would be able to educate some errant to the right Islamic way, and thus prevent them from mixing up the Islamic faith." He expressed his belief that there is a large segment of people who are tempted toward distraction and did not know that they might be agents of hostile parties to the Arabs and Muslims. Prince Naif also underlined that the Arab Interior Ministers are keen to avoid things that are not their specialty, whether political or otherwise. "But, we find that the security aspect is the key that should be addressed and we submit our recommendations to the leaders.
