Kabul, Afghanistan, 08 Rabi'II,1437 AH, 18 January,2016 , SPA -- An Afghan official says the second round of four-country talks aimed at bringing an end to the war by charting a roadmap to peace are set to begin in Kabul, AP reported. Shekib Mostaghni, spokesman for the Foreign Affairs Ministry, says representatives of Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and the United States will meet for one day. He says Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani will open the meeting, which is taking place at the Presidential Palace. The discussions will focus on details such as where and when the Afghan government will hold face-to-face meetings with representatives of the Taliban.
