Baghdad, Iraq, Aug 22, SPA -- A car bomb exploded north of theIraqi capital on Sunday, killing two people and injuringnine others, including a deputy provincial governor, policesaid. The car exploded in Khalis, about 70 kilometers (45miles), north of Baghdad, said Gen. Walid al-Azawi, chiefof police for Diyala province.
