New York, Jumada II 3, 1433, Apr 24, 2012, SPA - Qatar has called on the international community to take firm measures to protect the Syrian people in the event of non-compliance of the Syrian regime with the provisions of United Nations Security Council resolution 2043 which authorized the deployment of the mission of military observers in Syria to monitor the implementation of the ceasefire and the implementation of the six-point plan of United Nations and Arab League Joint Envoy for Syria Kofi Annan.
