Jeddah, Aug. 29, 2022, SPA -- The Secretary General of Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Ibrahim Taha said today that his organization is closely following the dangerous incidents taking place in Iraq. In a statement, OIC urged all Iraqi parties involved in the conflict to excercise self-restraint, stop violence, evade escalation and give priority to the higher national interest against any other consideration for the sake of protecting the security, stability and safety of the people of Iraq.
