The Ministry of Health stressed that the number of reports that have been referred reached 354,755, while the percentage of beneficiary evaluation reached 86.33%, with a satisfaction average after closing reports standing at 89.56%. The ministry said that the center will continue to offer health services and seek entrepreneurship in customer service in the health field through advanced systems that targets clarity and accuracy in highlighting health services and supporting beneficiaries round the clock through the free number 937 or through Twitter to receive all inquiries, notes and medical consultations, where the center has focused its efforts through various channels for general inquiries and instant medical consultations by high efficiencies that work round the clock throughout the week.
