Riyadh, Dec. 21, 2021, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exerts unprecedented efforts in supporting the legitimate government in Yemen and the Yemeni people at all levels and in various forums. Among such efforts, the unremitting and various humanitarian and relief efforts being provided by Saudi Arabia through King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the paper said. In this regard, Prince Khaled bin Salman, Deputy Minister of Defense, reiterated in his meeting yesterday with the Yemeni Prime Minister, the commitment of the coalition, led by Saudi Arabia to supporting the Yemeni government and people, in addition to pushing forward all efforts to reach a political solution based on three references, which can realize the aspirations of Yemeni people and maintain the security of the region, the paper added . Prince Khaled bin Salman renewed Saudi Arabia’s permanent position on supporting the Yemeni government in facing the insurgency and coup of the Iran-backed Houthi militia, and maintaining the unity, security and stability of Yemen, the paper concluded. In another context, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the addressing of unemployment rate is among the key goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's vision 2030. The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) released the Labor Market Publication, confirming that the unemployment rate of Saudis remained stable at +15 for Quarter 3 of this year at (11.3%) compared to the previous quarter, the paper said. The results also showed that the unemployment rate of Saudi males (+15) in Q3, 2021 fell to (5.9%) compared to (6.1%) in the previous quarter, the paper added .
