Tunis, Oct 7, 2021, SPA -- The Secretariat General of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers has strongly condemned the terrorist attempt carried out by Houthi militia to target Abha International Airport with a booby-trapped drone, of which the coalition forces to support legitimacy in Yemen were able to intercept and destroy. "The Secretariat General of the Council, as it condemns in the strongest words this terrorist act that targets civilian facilities and endangers the lives of civilians, represents a war crime that requires accountability and holding the perpetrators accountable, and a clear evidence of the persistence of this militia in its flagrant transgressions of all sanctities, borders, laws and international norms, and its continued refusal to submit to calls for peace and efforts to reach a political solution to the Yemeni crisis, it renews its full solidarity with the Kingdom and its absolute support to all the measures it takes to repel these attacks, defend its security and protect its lands,” the Secretariat General said in a statement today.
