In the face of this great risk, the scholars participating in the Conference present the herein declaration included five messages directed by the Conference to the leaders of the Muslim Ummah, its scholars, media and youth, then to the world; governments and peoples, as a duty to advise and the establishment of the argument and, excuses to Allah Almighty and obedience to the Prophet's saying, peace be upon him: "Religion is advice, we said: O Messenger of Allah Almighty for who ? He said: For Allah, His Holy Book, His Messenger, Muslims' Imams and their Common Folk." The declaration called, in its first message, the nation's leaders to the work on the application of Islamic law and comprehensive reform that achieves justice, safeguards human dignity, takes care of the rights and duties, meets the aspirations of the people, achieves a decent living and the requirements of good governance and the preservation of the unity of Muslims, responds to attempts to tear the nation at religious, sectarian and ethnical levels, promotes Islamic solidarity in all its forms and manifestations, uses the reasons for the physical and moral strength and good use of human and natural resources, promotes integration among Islamic countries and reviews educational programs and curricula as well as religious discourse in order to achieve the moderate approach and settle conflicts in Muslim societies, according to the Holy Book of Allah Almighty, the Sunnah of His Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the nation's predecessors, in addition to the establishment of Islamic Court of Justice, getting the nation's citizens with their different religious and sectarian affiliations away from sedition and strife, development of a comprehensive strategy to dry up the sources of terrorism, promotion of trust between the nation and its leaders, the support for the nation's general causes, the fight against corruption, the reduction of unemployment and poverty, care for the rights of citizenship for all components of society, the support for Muslim minorities in maintaining their identity, defending their interests and strengthening their capacity to enable them to fulfill their mission and carry out their duties toward their communities, committing to the approach of moderation in the understanding and practicing, strengthening the religious and judicial institutions and supporting their message and independence. --More 16:10 LOCAL TIME 13:10 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
