The Ministerial Council reviewed the latest GCC joint actions and the developments of the political issues regionally and internationally as follows: Enhancing Joint Action: 1. The Council praised the results of the 16th consultative meeting of the GCC leaders, dated on May 31, 2016, and its decisions on contribution to the promotion of the march of joint actions and enhancing security and stability in the region. 2. The Council discussed the progress of the implementation of the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the strengthening of the GCC joint actions. 3. The Council stressed the importance of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, its National Transformation Plan and its counterparts in the GCC countries, praising its outlook relating to the exploitation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's status, energies, potentials and wealth to achieve a better future for the Kingdom and its people. 4.
