11. The GCC Ministerial Council reiterated that the Arab Coalition to support the legitimacy in Yemen is the largest donor of humanitarian aid to the Republic of Yemen, highlighting the great humanitarian roles being played by King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, Red Crescent societies and charities of the GCC countries, calling on the international community to intensify humanitarian assistance to alleviate the sufferings of the brotherly people of Yemen. 12. The Council stressed its deep keenness on Syria's unity, security and territorial integrity. 13. The Council also reiterated its keenness on the unity, sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of sisterly Iraq. 14. The Council expressed strong rejection and condemnation of the assassination threats being addressed against the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Iraq, calling on the Iraqi government to shoulder its responsibilities and fulfill its international obligations regarding the provision of full protection of diplomatic missions accredited to it on the basis of international treaties related to this matter. 15. The Council stressed the keenness of the GCC countries on the security, stability and unity of the Libyan territory and their support for efforts to counter ISIS terrorist organization. 16. The Council called on the Lebanese influential political powers to give priority to the higher interests of Lebanon, completion of presidential elections and election of a new President of the Republic to end the presidential vacuum, which hinders the work of the constitutional state's institutions and hampers the march of development, stressing Lebanon's unity, security and stability. --SPA 12:39 LOCAL TIME 09:39 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
