New York, Dhu-AlHijjah 18, 1437, Sep 19, 2016, SPA -- The supplementary meeting of the session (140th) of the Ministerial Council of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States, held yesterday, on Sunday at the headquarters of the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations in New York with the participation of the GCC foreign ministers, issued a statement. The statement said that the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held its 140th session on Sunday, 17 Dhul Hijjah 1437 AH, corresponding to September 18, 2016 G. at the headquarters of the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations in New York. It added that the session was chaired by Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, the Saudi Foreign Minister and Chairman of the current session of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council. The statement said that the foreign ministers of member States and Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council participated in the session.
