Beirut, Dhu-AlQa'dah 07, 1437, August 10, 2016, SPA -- The Dean of the Lebanese Press Aouni Al-Kaaki lauded the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in the field of relief and humanitarian help for the needy all over the world under or on the fringes of the umbrella of the United Nations and international organizations, confirming that such efforts have made the Kingdom a sustainable secure station and an undeleted source of giving. Interviewed by the Saudi Press Agency, in Beirut, he considered what is done by the Kingdom's government to assist peoples in sisterly and neighboring countries as an example of relief-provider to be followed by rich oil-exporters and non-oil exporting countries in a way that supports relief and humanitarian efforts for stricken areas in the Islamic and Arab nations, pointing that, in figures, the Saudi Arabia has provided about $ 1.2 billion to fund relief aid, since 2008. -- SPA 22:21 LOCAL TIME 19:21 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
