Riyadh, Safar 05, 1437,November 17, 2015,SPA -- The workshop held by the National Authority for the implementation of the Chemical and Biological Weapons Conventions entitled (protection from the risks of chemical, biological, radioactive and nuclear materials: towards the establishment of a national action plan) concluded here today. The closing session, which was held under the chairmanship of the Secretary-General of the National Authority for the implementation of the Chemical and Biological Weapons Conventions, Minister Plenipotentiary Fahad bin Maayouf Al-Ruwaili, reviewed the results of the workshop and the most important recommendations. The International experts who participated in the workshop briefed on their views about the latest ways for the protection against the risks of these materials and the latest ways that should be followed, whether the source of these risks is intentional, accidental reasons, industrial accidents, and epidemics or alike.
