United Nations, Muharram 15, 1436, Nov 8, 2014, SPA -- The World Health Organization (WHO) said Friday that the death toll from Ebola has risen to 4,950 out of 13,241 cases in the three worst-hit countries of West Africa. "Case incidence is declining in some districts in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, while steep rises persist in other districts," the U.N. agency said in a statement with its latest figures up to November 4. Shoring up defenses in states neighboring the three countries remains "critical," the statement said. --SPA 15:19 LOCAL TIME 12:19 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
