Makkah, Oct 28, 2019, SPA -- Chairman of Makkah Commerce and Industry Chambers Hisham bin Mohammed Kaaki co-signed an accord with the representatives of the British Council to hold general as well as preparatory English language accredited courses. The accord include holding IELTS courses and tests for specialized business. The ceremony took place, in the presence of the Jeddah-based British Consul-general Seif Usher and the Deputy Director of the British Council, in the Kingdom, Amanda Jane.
