Miami, Muharram 08, 1437, October 21, 2015, SPA -- A tropical depression formed off the Pacific coast of Mexico and could strengthen into a hurricane on Thursday, U.S. forecasters said Tuesday. The National Hurricane Center (NHC) said the depression formed south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec and was located about 700 kilometers southeast of Acapulco. It had top winds of 56 kilometers per hour (kph).
