Riyadh, February 08, SPA -- Saudi newspapers editorially commented today on key local, regional and international topics. The newspapers highlighted the inaugural ceremony, which will be organized today for laying foundation stones of projects at King Saud University in Riyadh. These projects are estimated to cost more than SR 14 billion.
