MADRID, March 02, SPA -- Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is meetingwith King Juan Carlos at the start of a two-day visit to Spain to boost economic and political ties. Medvedev is traveling with business leaders and will meetwith Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapaterolater Monday and again Tuesday, Associated Press reported. A Spanish government statement says during the tripMedvedev will discuss Russia's relations with the EuropeanUnion and NATO and other issues such as the internationalfinancial crisis and bilateral ties.
